Allowed content
- Genuine business experiences supported by actual commercial interaction
- Professional operational feedback
- Constructive criticism expressed proportionally
- Fact-based descriptions limited to directly experienced events
Prohibited content
- Fake reviews, fabricated events, manipulated narratives or impersonation
- Defamation, insults, abusive wording or unverifiable accusations
- Illegal content or allegations implying criminal conduct without verifiable basis
- Disclosure of personal data, private contacts, internal documents or confidential logistics information
- Commercial sabotage, harassment, coordinated attacks, spam or repeated abusive submissions
Moderation and publication rights
CarrierTrust may delay, restrict, hide, remove, archive, anonymize, or refuse publication of any review at its sole discretion where content creates legal risk, lacks sufficient clarity, appears abusive, violates platform rules, or is subject to complaint. Publication is not guaranteed.
Enforcement
Repeated violations may result in account suspension, permanent blocking, preservation of technical evidence, and cooperation with competent authorities where legally required.
